What we offer: We offer an easily navigated website that features various products that are purchased using a shopping cart style store. Once an order is placed, we assemble the items requested and ship directly to the service member or contractor usually within 24 hours.

Customers: All personnel with an APO/FPO address wishing to have items sent to them that either cannot be obtained locally or are cost prohibitive at the local level. All family members of military personnel who wish to send items to loved ones working overseas. Spouses that want to quickly ship items to their loved ones without having to hassle with the shopping, packing, and mailing of the items. We don't worry about making the package too individualized (small packaging) because it has been our experience that most of the soldiers share their care packages with their platoon/troop. With this in mind, we at TDYsupply.com have made the decision to offer full-sized packaging on most of our items. Yes it is a more bulky package and it does weigh a little bit more, but there is plenty to share with his/her buddies, and normally at a small increase over the individualized care packages you typically see offered.

TDYsupply maintains a strict shipping policy that under no circumstances will we ship to anything other than an APO/FPO address, neither domestic nor international. All shipments will ship within 24-48 business hours unless stock delays or acts of God interfere. While we attempt to maintain compliant with international shippping rules for the different countries, it is the repsponsibility of the buyer to confirm that the items being purchased/shipped do not conflict with the respective country's customs/shipping laws. Under no circumstances will TDYsupply.com its owners or any of its employees, affilates, contractors be held liable for shipments that are confiscated, detained or otherwise denied entry into the respective country.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Given the nature of our business, refunds/returns will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Foodstuffs will not be accepted for returns.

Q.Why don't you ship to domestic residental addresses?

A.TDYsupply.com was conceived to bring the everyday luxuries to our fighting men/women and Government contractors overseas. Domestic addresses have access to these same items without our help.

Q.Can I use your site to ship some items to my husband in another country?

A.Yes, as long as the ship-to address is an APO/FPO address.

Q.Do you offer pornographic material?

A.After much debate we have decided there are some roads we would rather not travel down. No.

Q.Through which companies do you ship?

A.Currently we only offer shipment via USPS Priority. For the new Priority Mail Rates, click here. Please note: Due to current world events impacting the United States and other countries, our delivery partners have informed us to expect packages to take up to 8 weeks for delivery to certain APO/FPO U.S. military addresses.

Please be advised shipping to a destination that requires a customs declaration will result in your packing slip identifying the package contents to be included on the customs label.

Q. How long does it take to ship a package to a soldier?

A. If the recipient is located in the US, normal USPS shipping times apply. If they are located overseas please allow a minimum of 2 weeks (14 days)to complete shipment. Depending on the location of the recipient, shipment times can be up to 4-6 weeks. In addition, peak shipment times like Christmas can also inflate transit times to 4-6 weeks. So send them early.

Q. How can I be sure my care package arrived?

A. As the MPS does not offer any form of delivery confirmation, we have no way of securing such assurance. Much of this type of communication comes from the soldier as a "Thank You" in a letter or email. We encourage you to send us those types of response you may receive so we can post them in our Military Blog.

Q. Can I track a package sent by TDYsupply?

A. All packages are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. After a package is readied for shipment, it is delivered to the local Post Office here in West Monroe. Upon shipment you will receive an email confirming this fact. We are only able to track a package to the US border. This, in itself, slows the transit time, but is done to ease concerns of the sender. Once a package reaches one of the East or West coast departure points it is handed over to the Military Postal Service. Tracking outside of the country is unavailable.

Q. I received my package and a couple items were not what I ordered. Why?

A. One of our main goals is to offer expedited handling time - the time it takes us to package and ship your box. Our inventory fluctuates daily making it impossible to manually change what is on the site to match what products are available. It is our policy to automatically substitute a "like item" for the product ordered. The new item may vary in flavor, package size, or general category (ie. Candy.)We do our best to match your item as closely as possible to the original.

Q. Will you send an email to ask if it is ok to substitute an item?

A. Many of our packages are large and contain many varied items. It would be impractical to send email requests for apporval for any substitution to be made. Waiting for a response would negatively impact our handling time, thus increasing the time to ship.
